Name of book - young girl dead in attic, locked their since war. Girl watches her in dollhouse and finds key?

I read this book as a young teenager and I found it really spectral. A girl has a Dollhouse and pu? watch the previous occupants of his house in the dollshouse. The family in the Dollhouse lock their daughter in the attic. There? interview of the underground railway and the lack of electricity. The Dollhouse monitoring of the girl one day realize that he heard his mother fall and when something should be respected in his own kitchen to find a key. The key opens the attic where a girl finds fault (possibly kept?) In a kind of tunnel? Please help - I thought it could be by Kathryn Reiss but I don 't think so.
