What ARE the typical / traditional “indoctrinational” pranks conducted on new railroad employees ?
Written by Paul on January 29, 2009 – 7:43 am -When I was in the navy, it was tradition to convey the "newbies" on this wild-goose chases as-a suppy for 100 yards of flight-light "or 5 gallons of" prop-wash ". Also popular was putting them on "Post-Bouy Watch." I 'm just curious if there were or are these traditions in the community railroading. Thanks ahead of time Skidderback and everything else. Written by Paul on January 29, 2009 – 5:57 am -I read this poem about a year ago and had two boys put a man on a false set of rail tracks and watch while a train has run over.
